Fans in Germany are getting a second option to celebrate May The 4th Be With You with the German arm of Smyths Toys, reports Promobricks.de. This international chain of toys shops, based in Ireland, acquired Toys "R" Us stores in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in 2018 and has since rebranded the German shops as Smyths Toys.
With this May 4th being their first since their European expansion, Smyths is going all out and has received official LEGO endorsement for their inaugural event and will also be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the LEGO Star Wars license at the same time:
Celebrate with us 20 years of LEGO Star Wars. Solve tricky tasks and prove yourself at the LEGO Star Wars Battle Station. Who can assert himself as a Jedi Master gets a mini Snowspeeder at the end of the exams. Good luck and may the power be with you!
While details may be scant it looks set to be a fun event, with attendees receiving a free polybagged mini 30384 Snowspeeder just for attending!
