Continuing Hong Kong's tradition with hosting amazing LEGO Star Wars displays is this huge - and I mean literally and not figuratively - The Last Jedi display at APM, a unique 24 hour vertical shopping mall.

The main feature of the display is a 12-up TIE Striker with two large minifigs of Kylo Ren (different from the 2015 one) and First Order Special Force TIE Pilot set on a central dais. Protecting them from the Star Wars maddened crowds are a number of perfectly upscaled 1 x 4 x 2 bar element that form a corale around the ship. Around this dais are life-sized brick-built Clonetroopers Kylo Ren with C-3PO, R2-D2 and BB-8 statues.

All of this is flanked by a pair of Christmas trees with TIE Fighter baubles made from over-sized LEGO elements; looking remarkably like a maxi advent calendar gift. At there is a photo opportunity fixture, with a lifelike Kylo ren flanked by two Praetorian Guards, in a booth at the back.

All of this is brought to youwith a touch of commercialism so remember to exit through the gift shop because there is a pop up LEGO store with a number of offers, including the option to pick upone of three Make & Take sets and opportunities to grab polybagged promotional droids from earlier this year or one of two new BrickHeadz.

Thanks to Fantha Tracks for bringing the news to our attention. Head to their original article to get a better look at the photographs they took.
