Originally revealed by Entertainment Weekly back in May 2014, The Black Series Jabba's Throne Room was the upped ante to Hasbro's 2013 San Diego Comic-Con Boba Fett and Han Solo in Carbonite 6-inch two pack. This set, which was available to attendees of the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con (and to a small group of collectors quick to act when the set was put up on HasbroToyShop.com) then later as an exclusive at the Jedi Con in Düsseldorf, Germany the following October. It included the 6-inch Jabba The Hutt deluxe action figure that was released to the mass market in August 2014 packed along with an exclusive Salacious Crumb and the back support and bong from the gangster's dais in a very nice package/diorama. While the Jabba's Throne Room set wasn't designed to be 100% collector friendly, it does display very well without actually removing it from the package.
