Princess Leia Organa was one of the Rebel Alliance's greatest leaders, fearless on the battlefield and dedicated to ending the tyranny of the Empire.

The Princess Leia Organa action figure featured on this page was first officially revealed with the other figures in this wave of The Black Series 6-inch collection in the Hasbro showroom at the 2016 International Toy Fair. The wave, which became available in late November, 2016, also included figures based on the AT AT Driver, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Sabine Wren, Darth Revan, and Snowtrooper.

Not happy with how the head came out, Hasbro went back to the drawing board and came up with a better sculpt. This new version of the head was put into later shipments of waves including the figure. To identify this revision loose, have a look at the date stamp, compared below to the 40th Anniversary release.
