Darth Sidious is a kit-bashed figure made up of the arms from the Emperor Palpatine figure in 2008's TAC Evolutions: The Sith set, the legs from 2010's TVC Darth Sidious (Senate Duel), and an all-new head, torso, and skirt.
The coloring of Sidious' hair suggests a younger version of Palpatine's onscreen appearance, suggesting this figure may be inspired by Sidious' early days before the movie takes place.
