This Captain Rex action figure is the first released based on the character's appearance in Star Wars: Rebels to bed released by Hasbro and made its debut in the 3 3/4-inch The Force Awakens action figure collection. It began hitting shelves in February 2016 in cases that also included debut figure releases of Unkar Plutt and Finn (FN-2187).
