After Luke Skywalker's T-47 Airspeeder was downed in action during the invasion by Imperial forces on the ice planet Hoth, Luke continued to fight, battling Imperial snowtroopers and even toppling an AT-AT walker.
Hasbro announced The Black Series Centrepiece line on February 9, 2017 and put it on display for the first time in their showroom as part of their 2017 International Toy Fair offerings. Both this and the 01 Darth Vader diorama hit retail the following September 1st, as part of Lucasfilm's Force Friday II product release event.
