Announced by way a a single image of the digital design at the Star Wars Celebration Orlando 2017 High End Collectibles Panel, Kotobukiya first released full color images the following September. To complete the iconic duel on the second Death Star, this statue came with two additional arms for the previously released Darth Vader -Return of Anakin Skywalker ARTFX+ statue from 2013. The Luke Skywalker (Return Of The Jedi Ver.) began hitting shelves in North America in May, 2018.
