One of the greatest pieces of in the history of the classic Kenner action figure collection is the original kit-bash Rocket Firing Boba Fett action figure used in early packaging photography primarily to promote the send away for the first action figure from The Empire Strikes Back. As everyone knows, the action figure that was produced was very different. At no point over the thirty-eight years that have passed has an official licensee produced a proper replica.

In October 2016, ProCustomFigures, by way of their Facebook page began taking orders for an exclusive edition run limited to 300 pieces. The figure pictured on this page is one of that 300 piece run.
