The Resistance Trooper was revealed on October 7, 2015 at Hasbro's invite-only 'Twas The Night Before... Party held in private space in Midtown New York the night before the New York Comic Con. This figure, along with the First Order TIE Fighter Pilot, hit shelves at across North America as part of The Black Series 6-inch action figure collection in December 2015.
