There are only a few known Utris M'Toc photos, and since they do not show him wearing a cap, this is just an extra accessory. Which is just as well, since it does not fit on his head anyway.

This figure contains an extra "Droid Factory" piece to Build-A-Droid. This figure includes BG-J38's right leg.
