The Journey of the legendary Luke Skywalker began on Tatooine. A simple farmboy, Luke’s life was forever changed when he discovered a message from the rebel Princess Leia. Luke infiltrated the Death Star, disguised as a Stormtrooper, to rescue the princess. He then joined the Rebellion and piloted an X-Wing into battle against the Empire. But the call of the Force was strong, and after training with Jedi Master Yoda, Luke realized his true power as a Jedi Knight.
Hasbro's The Vintage Collection convention exclusive for 2019 was announced during Hasbro's Panel at 2019 Star Wars Celebration. First sold at San Diego Comic-Con 2019, the Luke Skywalker Special Action Figure Set was subsequently made available at select conventions and HasbroPulse.com. Stormtrooper Disguise Luke has a new photo real head, and utilizes the mold most recently used with the 2019 Target exclusive Han Solo (Stormtrooper), this time with a shortened torso and a new belt with molded grappling hook. X-Wing Pilot Luke is a sculpt debut, and will be released seperately on a The Vintage Collection cardback. Jedi Knight Luke uses the body originally released with 2012's VC087, this time with retooled hands, a new head sculpt with photo real paint deco, and finally an accurate Jedi Cloak.
