The Y-Wing Scout Bomber was released on September 4th, 2015 as part of the Force Friday event in the first wave of Hasbro's The Force Awakens vehicle assortment. This vehicle is a repaint of the 2011 Y-Wing Scout Bomber from The Clone Wars line, but in an effort to make it functional for the C1-10P (Chopper) action figure, which is shorter than all other Astro Mech figures, Hasbro added a little removable droid riser floor panel.
