This comic was included in the Hasbro Star Wars Comic Packs #5, which includes a Luke Skywalker (in Stormtrooper armor) and R2-D2 figure painted in the style of the Marvel artwork. This issue is a reprint of Marvel's Star Wars #4, with some minor alterations to the cover (including publisher, number, price, and the inclusion of the Star Wars 30th Anniversary logo). The packaging for this comic pack indicates it is actually #06, while the indicia of this comic says #5.
While these 2-packs did not start shipping until May 2007, the indicia lists the publication date as May 2006.
