This comic was included in the Hasbro Star Wars: The Legacy Collection Comic Packs #8, which includes a Darth Krayt and Imperial Knight Sigel Dare figure. This issue is a reprint of Dark Horse's Legacy #22, with some minor alterations to the cover (including cover layout, number, and price). See that issue for further information.
The packaging for this comic pack indicates it is actually #8, while the indicia of this comic says #44.
While these 2-packs did not start shipping until August 2009, the indicia lists the publication date as May 2008.
