This comic was included in the Hasbro Star Wars: The Legacy Collection Comic Packs #10, which includes a Clone Trooper Lieutenant and Clone Trooper figure. This issue is a reprint of Dark Horse's Free Comic Book Day 2006 and the story "Thank The Maker" from Tales #6, with some minor alterations to the cover (including cover layout, number, and price). See those issues for further information.
The packaging for this comic pack indicates it is actually #10, while the indicia of this comic says #54.
While these 2-packs did not start shipping until April 2010, the indicia lists the publication date as October 2008.
