available for sale from today!
The first is a very
special collector’s set which contains a 1oz pure silver traditional coin and a 5g pure silver coin note. The coin features Darth Vader and uses engraving to highlight the movie’s iconic ships. The 5g note sits alongside the coin and depicts one of the original movie posters. Both coins include the 40th anniversary logo and the sensitive color use allows the silver to shine!
The
Star Wars-themed packaging incorporates the
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back 40th anniversary logo and more imagery from the film. The coins’ specifications are printed on the inside of the packaging along with confirmation of the limited-edition mintage of only 1,980, set specifically to commemorate the date of the film’s release.
The second is another 1oz fine
silver collectible poster coin cast in a unique rectangular shape. It features a second iconic
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back movie poster. Delivered in a quality, themed box, the coin is cleverly presented in a perspex holder designed for easy display. A Certificate of Authenticity is provided confirming it as only one of 1,980 available worldwide.
The last is a ¼ oz pure
gold collectible coin. At only 22mm in size, the detail achieved on this impressive proof coin is incredible. It shows Luke riding a Tauntaun on the ice planet Hoth with Han Solo on foot alongside, armed and ready for battle. This special coin is packaged in a beautiful wooden coin case. A Certificate of Authenticity confirms it as one of 100 being minted.
All coins feature the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse side and are legal tender in Niue.
