Back around the beginning of the month we posted news regarding a possible Marmit Boba Fett recall. Here is what the problem was, according to HobbyLink Japan: "Boba Fett's shoulder plates and knee covers are supposed to be the exact same shade of yellow. However, in the figures from this production run, the knee covers are a very slightly darker shade of yellow than the shoulder plates, with a very small hint of orange in them. The difference is apparent if you study the two parts carefully, but the two colors are very, very close."

Rebelscum reader Womprat has sent a pretty clear picture of the offending shoulder plate - as it compares to the knee pad. The differences are indeed difficult to spot, and this would seem to be an odd reason to issue a recall - though you have to applaud the Marmit desire for high quality control. Womprat noted that "more serious is the color of the helmet. It is more grey than green." This helmet issue is actually one we have heard before - no word yet if it will ever be addressed.
