Today, the Hasbro Star Wars team jumped onto the Hasbro Pulse YouTube page to share new product reveals in celebration of Lucasfilm’s 50th Anniversary, and to tease some activity coming down the pipeline for the brand.

The Vintage Collection

Continuing the "Original 96 program" first revealed with 2020's Snaggletooth, Hasbro revealed 3 new Walmart Exclusive figures: AT-ST Driver, Paploo, and Leia (Endor).

AT-ST Driver is a repack from previous multi-packs and AS-ST vehicle releases with and updated Photo Real deco. Paploo is a repack with a new hood, dagger, and staff. Leia (Endor) is arepack with new head sculpt/photo real, new helmet, and a new camo pattern.

Two all- new TVC figures were also revealed:
Ahsoka Tano (Mandalore), and Darth Maul (Mandalore)

The Black Series

As part of their "Prequel Program" Hasbro revealed 4 Best Buy Exclusive The Phantom Menace-inspired repacks/redecos: Battle Droid, Mace Windu, Qui-Gon Jinn, and Jar Jar Binks. Each are on The Phantom Menace cardbacks designed to match both the original 1999 cards and the 2019 Star Wars Celebration Exclusive Obi-Wan and Darth Maul figures.

Battle Droid, Mace Windu, and Jar Jar are standard repacks, while Qui-Gon Jinn features a slightly modified head with Photo Real deco.

New additions to the "Original Kenner Deco Program" were revealed yesterday.

Pipeline Reveals

Hasbro is testing the announcement of "Pipeline Reveals"--reveals of upcoming characters without accompanying photography and further information. The following figures were revealed:

- TBS Tech (Bad Batch)
- TBS Aurra Sing (CW/TPM)
- TBS "Zero" (Mando)
- TBS Koska Reeves (Mando)
- TBS General Lando (ROJ)
- TVC IG-ll (Mando)
- TVC Lando (ESB)

News and Notes

- Hasbro addressed customer frustration with the pre-order process. One solution being explored was to reveal items, but not immediately put them up for pre-order.

- To prevent back up at retail the twice a year "Specialty Waves" (which are designed for new fans and international fans, and are not meant to appear at brick-and-mortar retail at all) will be give a separate SKU# in 2022. 2021 quantities will be tightly managed.
