Stop right there Rebelscum! Check out Bobby's review of the Black Series Rogue One Jedha Patrol Stormtrooper which is most definitely NOT a Sandtrooper. This is another utilization of the terrific new Stormtrooper mold, but also a great way to get a Stormtrooper Commander figure with the attached shoulder pauldron if you don't want to display it with the backpack.
