Hello there, Rebelscum. Today Lucasfilm kicks off Bring Home the Galaxy, a 9-week Star Wars holiday celebration beginning today and lasting through December 13th. The program includes brand-new product reveals and spotlights evergreen must-haves from across consumer products, games and publishing, inspired by the expansive Star Wars portfolio including series like Obi-Wan Kenobi and The Mandalorian, classic content like the Skywalker saga films, animated works like Star Wars: The Clone Wars and much more.

Purge Trooper ARTFX figure from Kotubukiya Co. Ltd. Credit goes to CBR.com for this exclusive first look. The Empire's Purge Troopers are a relatively recent addition to Star Wars lore, first appearing in Marvel's Darth Vader (2017) #13 backing up a contingent of Inquisitors searching Mon Cala for a fugitive. They would then later appear as an elite enemy type in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, posing a significant threat to Cal Kestis in the game's later chapters. Purge Troopers were most recently seen in the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ series. Appearing in "Part IV," they attempted to prevent Obi-Wan's escape from the Fortress Inquisitorious before then returning in "Part V" to assist in assaulting a refugee base on Jabiim. The Kotubukiya figure is based on the Purge Trooper's live-action depiction. The Kotubukiya Purge Trooper figure is available to pre-order on Oct. 18 for $179.99 USD.
