It is with a heavy heart that we report Bryan Ono has passed away. Bryan was a
Star Wars fan who dedicated his life to the
Star Wars brand, through his art and talent of making life like prop replicas. Bryan would tell you he was a fan from the beginning, having watched the original trilogy as it was released for the first time (He saw
A New Hope 38 times in the theater in 1977!).
During his time with Master Replicas, he pioneered much of the technology used in
Star Wars collectibles today. He then applied his expertise and started one of the most recognizable brands around, EFX Collectibles. Rebelscum.com has been privileged to have shared a great friendship with Byan, and we will all miss him greatly.
