California Sentencing For Carl Cunningham

The judge passed down Carl's sentencing, the highlights of which are here:

1. 1 year incarceration at the Sonoma County Jail beginning 12/29/17.
2. 3 years probation.
3. Restitution to Steve Sansweet of $185,000, plus numerous fines and fees.

There are numerous additional details beyond this.

Carl has also been indicted in Denton County Texas for thefts from me, and that process has not started yet.
