Empire 30th Anniversary Artwork Collection #10 by Michael Fleming: "Ugnaught Retreat"

Part of StarWarsShop's year-long celebration of The Empire Strikes Back's 30th anniversary is this exclusive new artist series featuring work from some of today's most well-known Star Wars illustrators.

Every month starting in March, StarWarsShop will release one new limited edition Acme Archives print showcasing a memorable scene from The Empire Strikes Back in serial order -- that is, each new scene will be released in story order as it appeared in the film. What makes this serialized set unique, however, is that each of the 12 scenes will showcase the talents of an artist who brings his or her own individual style to the piece, making for a wonderfully diverse portfolio of artwork inspired by The Empire Strikes Back.

For The Empire Strikes Back 30th Anniversary Artwork Collection's tenth entry, artist Michael Fleming has created a whimsical image suggesting a little more was going on in the film's climactic duel scene that meets the eye.
