Mattel: The First Wave Of Hot Wheels Found At Walmart

While enjoying an early morning toy hunt, I stumbled across the first assortment of Mattel's cool Star Wars Hot Wheels character cars. While I will be photographing every angle for our photo archive, I thought you'd like to have a quick look. click the thumbnails above for a gallery showing off the extremely well designed card backs for all five cars and take note of how they utilized the standard Rebels style guide to create something that absolutely pops in the toy aisle and on any shelf in your Star Wars display. Each car was priced at $4.93 each. Do note these were found in a Walmart in Vancouver, BC, so the price and packaging may vary in the U.S.
