Welcome back Rebel Scum! New footage of Star Wars Outlawshas just been released at the Ubisoft Forward event today. The latest videos offer a look at how the gameplay will work and highlighting some of the locations you can visit in the game, including Tattooine.
Outlaws is the very first open-world game set in the Star Wars universe. If you're unfamiliar with what an open-world video game is, it's a game that allows the player the freely explore and roam throughout the world of the game with few boundaries. They also typically allow the player to take the story at their own pace and decisions made can have repercussions in the story. For reference, some recent popular open world games include the Red Dead Redemption series, the Grand Theft Auto series, No Man's Sky, and the most recent Legend of Zelda games.
Star Wars Outlaws, the highly anticipated open-world game coming August 30 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, promises to let fans live their best scoundrel life as Kay Vess, an up-and-comer in the galaxy’s underworld.
