It looks like another rumor list has been (at least partially) confirmed today, since our friends over at 4-inches.de have uncovered a photo of the yellow ARC Trooper from the still-rumored 2008 Order 66 series. According to the earlier reports, this figure will be packaged with Master Sev (a Weequay Jedi). Both characters appear in the Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures comic book series.
