Attendees to Hasbro's presentation at Celebration VI last August were made aware of a Star Wars Toys Exhibition in Paris that opened last October, and while that may be too far to travel for many of us, Rebelscum reader and museum professional James S. has sent us a few details about his recent visit.

Here's what he had to say:
It's pretty amazing...it includes pristine versions of all the vintage figures, including a vinyl caped Jawa, blue Snaggletooth, Yak Face, and a ton of vehicles and 12" figures. But what amazed me was that they had production stuff too, including the holy grail of Star Wars collectors: a vintage rocking firing Boba Fett prototype. Never thought I'd ever see that in my lifetime!

Anyway, I figured it might interest other readers too who might be in Paris. Well worth the 9 euro.

The museum has more details on their site, with further links offering additional information, although that is all in French! That being said, there are some great pictures as well as an interview with Arnaud Grunberg, who is the founder of the organisation that provided the collection. While the interview is conducted in French, it is accompanied by English subtitles.
