Here's an interesting press release from Compulsion Gallery: "Brian May the Queen guitarist is a busy man at the moment, apart from co-writing "Queen", the stage show with Ben Elton, he is flying out to the states today as Queen are to be inducted into the Rock & Roll hall of fame. The Sixteenth Annual Induction Ceremony will be held on Monday, March 19th at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City."

Brian who is better known for his virtuoso guitar playing and legendary song writing, is also a great Star Wars fan. Brian has put together over a number of years a considerable collection of Star Wars memorabilia.

The latest addition to this collection are 4 massive pewter sculptures by the Compulsion Gallery. These museum quality sculptures are limited editions of 2500 worldwide and Brian has obtained the edition number 1977 of each piece. For the unenlightened 1977 is the date the first Star Wars film was launched. The sculptures were presented to Brian May by Compulsion Gallery MD Spyder Curphey who commented "I am quite sure that Brian has chosen the set of numbers that will appreciate in value more than the other editions".
