this weekend's LEGO Star Wars Days at the California park near San Diego ought to consider downloading the park's mobile app. Not only does it help you utilise L3-3T's advanced navigation database to get to
Star Wars Miniland in record time and get the jump on any swoop-riding marauders by monitoring ride times, it gives you exclusive offers.
And for this weekend only the park's app (available for iOS and Android devices) will be promoting the
40288 BB-8 polybagged set that was part of the
May The 4th Be With You celebrations at LEGO Brand Stores internationally.
All you have to do is spend $75 on LEGO
Star Wars products at either The Big Shop or Empire Emporium and produce the digital vouchure via the app to get a free BB-8 set. There's a limit of one per customer.

Star Wars Days event highlights include:
- Star Wars Costume Contest - dress up as your favorite Star Wars character. Three winners daily will receive a special prize package!
- Character Meet & Greets- meet your favorite characters from a galaxy far, far away!
- Family Build Challenge - teams will be given a theme to create a LEGO model. Race against the clock to finish and the best team creation wins!
- Miniland Scavenger Hunt - Find answers to trivia questions within LEGO Star Wars Miniland inside the brick built live-action Star Wars movie scenes.
- Droid Hunt with Costumed Fan Group - Imperial personnel who see your Droid Hunt badge and ask you "How long have you had these Droids?" will hand you a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize!
- WB Games Family Gamespace featuring LEGO Star Wars video games - Families will experience gaming like never before with games for everyone to play together. Come defend the universe in a friendly intergalactic battle.
- Fan Build Gallery - Local LEGO user groups display their Star Wars builds of landspeeders, Uglies, vignette and more.
