Rebel Scum! The 1980s was a great time for action figures – just look at all of the revamps that are out there today -- but tracking the vintage figures down now can cost you a pretty penny. Luckily, Hake’s Auctions is holding a $9.99 auction, where everything starts at ten bucks. Sure, some of the items have already been bid up into the hundreds (a few into the thousands!), but you can still get some great toys for a steal if you move quick. The auction ends May 22, so check out some of the standouts below, and then search the site for your favorite toy lines!

STAR WARS (1978) - JAWA 12 BACK-A AFA 75 EX+/NM (VINYL CAPE)Estimated value: $5,000 to $10,000
Blister card contains 2.25" tall Kenner action figure. Card is unpunched (vinyl cape variety). Age discoloration on left side of cape. Archival case. AFA subgrades are as follows - C80 B80 F75. 
STAR WARS: THE POWER OF THE FORCE (1985) - YAK FACE 92 BACK AFA 60 Y-EX (KENNER CANADA)Estimated value: $5,000 to $10,000
Blister card contains 4" tall Kenner action figure and matching aluminum collectors coin. Canadian issue. The most desirable of last 17 vintage issued figures and only released in foreign outlets. Card is unpunched. Blister is yellow. Archival case. AFA subgrades are as follows - C60 B70 F80. 
STAR WARS (1978) - LOOSE ACTION FIGURE/HK SNAGGLETOOTH (BLUE) AFA 80 NMEstimated value: $700 to $1,000
AFA graded and encapsulated 3.75" tall Kenner action figure (blue costume/no toe dent). Hong Kong (HK). This early issue Snaggletooth was available only in Sears Exclusive Cantina Playset. Encapsulated w/blaster. Archival case. 
STAR WARS: RETURN OF THE JEDI - R2-D2 TOY TOTER IN BOXEstimated value: $200 to $700
17.5x17.5x19.5" tall open box contains 17.5" diameter by 28" tall toybox designed to look like the lovable droid R2-D2. Toy Toter features "Big Storage For Lots Of Toys, Roll-About Casters And Push-Pull Handle, Sturdy Fibertube With Plastic, Lift-Off Lid." American Toy & Furniture Co., Inc. ©1983 Lucasfilm Ltd. Moderate aging/wear. Scattered overall age spotting. Edge tear and crease at upper right on front. Box is VG. Toter has moderate aging/wear. Stickers applied to dome and shows aging/color wear. Original instruction sheets have some creasing. Contents VG.

Blister card contains 3.75" tall Kenner action figure. Card has been punched. Trace residue from price stickers at upper right, w/color touch-up outlining bottom of one former sticker. Card shows moderate edge wear w/1.5" crease at top right corner. Blister is yellow and remains firmly affixed to card. Tiny inward dent at center of blister, o/w blister is free of any cracks/dents.
