Last week a limited number of these started circulating on the secondary market, with reasonable prices attached to them suggesting that the promotion is closer than expected, and now an official shot has been leaked via /r/legoleaks. This minifig matches the style packed in the R3-M2 polybag that LEGO brand stores in European say on May 4th, and comes with the markings of a Shoretrooper Squad Leader from Rogue One.
