Remember when news of the 40268 R3-M2 polybag came out and the LEGO
Star Wars community were divided over its authenticity? Well, here's another supposed polybag - this time it's a Coastal Defender Stormtrooper - aka Shoretrooper - aka Scarif Trooper. Again there's no clue on provenance nor how it will be distributed, and the number 40176 has yet to be attached to a set in the
Brickset database. So if you want to put on a pair of Scepticales(TM) before you click on the thumbnail above you'd be perfectly entitled too. Thanks to Anon for sharing his find.
UPDATE: It has been pointed out that, on closer inspection, this minifig has a kama which makes it a Shoretrooper Squad Leader. Thanks to Jens Hansen for pointing this out.
